岗位职责Responsibilities

1.指导辖区内柳工经销商售后服务部进行现场保修维修工作、做好辖区内的用户服务工作,提供技术支持;

2.定期拜访辖区内的柳工客户,稳定柳工关键客户群;

3.制定经销商及用户柳工产品维修知识培训计划及组织实施;

4.协调辖区内用户与维修中心的关系,对用户提供必要的技术咨询、培训指导,提高柳工用户的技术水平,正确使用柳工产品;

5.制定及指导经销商编写配件采购清单;

6.根据《技术服务手册》内容要求,负责监督辖区内柳工经销商售后服务部及时返回公司要求的各种表格,确保售后服务管理工作正常开展;

7.密切关注辖区内维修过程中产品故障动态,发现重大、批量质量故障,及时反馈相关部门,提出产品技术改进建议,协助相关部门进行产品技术改进,提高产品质量;

8.协调办事处与内部部门的相关业务工作,确保工作完成;

9.完成领导临时交办的工作。

Responsibilities:

1. Guide the after-sales service departments of Liugong dealers within the jurisdiction to carry out on-site warranty and repair work, provide good user services within the jurisdiction, and offer technical support.

2. Regularly visit Liugong customers within the jurisdiction to stabilize Liugong's key customer base.

3. Formulate and implement training plans for dealers and users on the maintenance knowledge of Liugong products.

4. Coordinate the relationship between users within the jurisdiction and the maintenance center, provide necessary technical consultation and training guidance to users, improve the technical level of Liugong users, and ensure the correct use of Liugong products.

5. Formulate and guide dealers to compile the purchase list of spare parts.

6. In accordance with the content requirements of the "Technical Service Manual", be responsible for supervising the after-sales service departments of Liugong dealers within the jurisdiction to return various forms required by the company in a timely manner, ensuring the normal operation of after-sales service management work.

7. Closely monitor the product failure dynamics during the maintenance process within the jurisdiction. Once major or batch quality failures are discovered, promptly report to the relevant departments, propose suggestions for product technical improvement, and assist the relevant departments in making product technical improvements to enhance product quality.

8. Coordinate the relevant business work between the office and internal departments to ensure the completion of the work.

9. Complete the tasks temporarily assigned by the leader.

岗位要求Requirement

1.本科及以上学历,机械设计、机械修理或相关工科类专业;

2.五年以上工程机械产品维修工作经验;

3.具备一定的工程机械理论及维修知识,熟悉柳工产品结构、原理及性能;

4.具备工程机械产品维修技能;具有一定英语读写和沟通能力,英语CET-4或同等水平;熟练使用计算机常用办公软件;

5.具有较强的创新能力、分析判断能力,良好的语言和文字表达能力、人际交往能力;

6.长期驻外和独立生存能力,有较强的独立办事能力,有坚毅的性格及吃苦耐劳精神;

Requirement:

1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical design, mechanical repair or related engineering fields;

2. More than 5 years of experience in the maintenance of construction machinery products;

3. Possess certain theoretical and maintenance knowledge of construction machinery, and be familiar with the structure, principle and performance of Liugong products;

4. Possess maintenance skills for construction machinery products; Have certain English reading, writing and communication skills, CET-4 or equivalent level; Proficient in using common office software on computers;

5. Possess strong innovation ability, analytical and judgment skills, as well as good language and writing expression skills and interpersonal communication skills;

6. Possessing the ability to work abroad for a long time and survive independently, having strong independent working skills, a resolute character and a spirit of hard work and endurance.
