Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to support our HR operations, nurture team culture, and be an integral part of our people-first environment. Your day to day

Working as a HR Coordinator, you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining Holiday Inn's brand service style and behavior; you will ensure a smooth support to the HR operations and report to the Head of HR. You'll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. We're seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and colleague engagement activities.
• Maintain HR records, payroll documentation, and colleague files.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions and HR programs.
• Handle colleague inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support HR projects, welfare initiatives, and engagement events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.

What we need from you

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality.
• Preferably with IHG brand experience.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters.
