To strengthen our position in the market, we are currently seeking an experienced and goal-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead our business development and revenue growth strategies.

Job Purpose

The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business from corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, and other key segments. This role requires a motivated and well-connected sales professional who can generate leads, convert prospects, and maintain strong client relationships while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets across corporate, leisure, long-stay, OTA, and MICE segments.
  • Manage key accounts and source new business through proactive sales activities including cold calls, networking, and site inspections.
  • Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate travel planners, DMCs, and OTAs.
  • Prepare competitive proposals and negotiate contracts and rates in line with property goals.
  • Work closely with the Revenue, Front Office, and Reservations teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Represent the hotel at local and international trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and corporate functions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and client feedback to optimize sales strategy.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts for the General Manager.
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure proper documentation of all client interactions and agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven hotel sales experience in the UAE (4-star or 5-star segment preferred).
  • Strong network of corporate and travel industry contacts in Dubai and across the GCC.
  • Solid understanding of UAE hospitality market trends and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed targets in a competitive environment.
