As the Service Manager, you will lead the Service team and ensure the property remains in tip-top condition through a passion for quality physical appearance and proactive quality maintenance and repairs. You'll also lead and mentor a crew of skilled technicians, solve maintenance challenges, and ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible while communicating effectively.

The expected compensation range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
The day-to-day: The Service Manager oversees the daily maintenance operations including collaborating with Property Managers on property needs and escalations. Additionally, Service Managers work closely with Regional Service Managers on larger capital projects, including value-add execution, capital projects, etc. Some days are pressure-filled, so they’ll need to remain flexible, resourceful, efficient, and have a general passion for accomplishment and overcoming challenges.
