Service Manager

As we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale our growth, we currently have an amazing opportunity for a Service Manager in one of our newest divisions in KSA, Arabian Heritage Motors – EXEED . We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.


What you’ll do?


  • Oversee the end-to-end service center operations in Jeddah, ensuring a seamless customer journey and a luxury-level ownership experience that aligns with EXEED’s global brand standards.
  • Manage key financial metrics including labor sales, absorption rate, and service retention growth. Optimize workshop capacity, technician productivity, and turnaround times to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Take ownership of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Personally manage high-level escalations and ensure proactive, transparent communication with customers throughout the repair process.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Manager to improve First-Time Fix Rates and reduce repeat repairs. Ensure strict adherence to EXEED warranty policies, technical bulletins, and audit requirements to maintain OEM compliance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Controllers, and Technical staff. Foster a premium, customer-focused culture and ensure the team completes training and certification plans through the EXEED Academy.


Who you are?


  • You bring 8-12 years of automotive aftersales experience, with at least 4-6 years in a senior service leadership role within a dealership, ideally representing a premium or technology-focused automotive brand.
  • You have a natural customer-first mindset and the emotional intelligence to handle sensitive situations, ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and hospitality of the EXEED brand.
  • You possess strong operational and financial acumen, with a proven ability to manage KPIs (warranty accuracy, audit scores, repeat repairs), control costs, and drive sustainable profitability.
  • You excel at building a cohesive team culture, developing talent, conducting performance reviews, and empowering your people to deliver their best work.
  • You have deep knowledge of OEM aftersales standards, workshop workflows, and diagnostic processes. You are proficient in using DMS and digital platforms to support online booking, digital inspections, and performance reporting.
