Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Manager to lead and oversee service operations in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing technical teams, improving customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service operations, including maintenance, repairs, and customer support
- Lead, train, and supervise service technicians and support staff
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests and technical issues
- Develop and implement service strategies to improve performance and efficiency
- Monitor KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and handle escalations professionally
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align service delivery with business goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
- Manage service budgets, costs, and inventory of spare parts
- Prepare reports on service performance and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in service management or after-sales support
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and service management tools
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Knowledge of local market and service standards in Saudi Arabia
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial equipment, automation, logistics, or technical service industries
- Familiarity with SLA management and KPI tracking
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence
