About us

Missouri Metal Recycling is a Scrap Recycling Center in Webb City Missouri. We are looking for a detail -oriented service manager to join our fast paced maintenance department.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all services and work spaces in shop and through out the yard
- Monitor the progress of all current and pending direct service tasks
- Manage and update Invoices, Purchase Orders and Work Orders.
- Process new Work Orders, and track Inventory
- Maintain accurate records of service orders and equipment hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.

Service Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

• - High School Diploma or GED equivalent: Bachelors degree or 5 years previous experience as shop foreman like duties.
• - Strong mechanical / hydraulic / heavy equipment knowledge
• - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• - High level of Computer literacy
• Works well under pressure- manages stressful situations with ease.
• Organized, efficient and result driven

As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance department. You will maintain strong relations with management team, our employees, vendors and sales representatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our team of service technicians to ensure the efficient completion of all repairs and ensure all OHSA Safety Standards and EPA procedures are followed. As such, you must be a positive, energetic individual who excels in working in a fast paced environment.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
