• Position: Service Manager – Heavy Vehicles
• Experience: 12+ Years (Mandatory)
• Industry Experience: Heavy Vehicles / Commercial Vehicles Only

Qualifications:

* Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

* Strong technical knowledge of heavy trucks and commercial vehicles

* Proven experience in workshop and service operations management

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day workshop and service center operations

* Lead and supervise service technicians and support staff

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

* Monitor workshop productivity and profitability

* Implement preventive maintenance and service programs

* Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

* Coordinate with parts, warranty, and technical teams

Required Skills:

* Strong leadership and team management abilities

* Excellent customer relationship management

* Technical troubleshooting expertise

* Planning, reporting, and operational management skills

* Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
