Job Duties
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of service technicians and customer service representatives.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze service performance data and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure the department’s smooth operation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving service-related issues.
  • Prepare and manage department budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
  • Flexibility to handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the business and adapt to evolving needs.
  • 5+ years Automotive Service management experience
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
  • Familiarity with service software systems and tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check
