We are hiring a Service Manager for a leading MNC industrial equipment & engineering services company based in Lahore. The ideal candidate will lead nationwide and regional field service operations, ensuring timely installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support for high-value industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise Field Service Engineers deployed across Pakistan and MEA regions.
- Plan resource allocation, assign engineers to service and installation jobs, and monitor progress.
- Evaluate team performance and implement training and development plans.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities at client sites.
- Ensure all service operations meet project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Review and validate daily/weekly reports, service logs, and documentation from field teams.
- Provide high-level technical support, coordinating with OEM partners and automation specialists.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all service-related matters.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: 7–10 years in industrial field services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
- Strong technical understanding of automation systems, pumps, valves, UHT plants, and process equipment.
- Hands-on experience in dairy, food, beverage, or similar industrial equipment sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple field teams across diverse locations.
- Willingness to travel extensively (domestic & international).
- Experience with OEM systems (Sidel, Tetra Pak, Krones, KHS, GEA, SPX, etc.) is an added advantage.
