Operations Event Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Event Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. You will coordinate all aspects of the event, from managing logistics, venue setup, and equipment to ensuring staff is properly organized and trained. Your duties will also include managing timelines and budgets, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and ensuring that all requirements are met for a successful event.

During events, you will oversee the team, ensuring high standards of service and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in event management, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
