Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of our prestigious marriage hall. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, efficient operations, and overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our marriage hall venue
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of operations within the marriage hall venue, including staffing, scheduling, and logistics.
- Oversee event setup, ensuring that venue is prepared according to client specifications and company standards.
- Supervise event staff, including event coordinators, waitstaff, and maintenance personnel, to ensure smooth event execution and exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with team and understand client requirements and ensure that all events are planned and executed flawlessly.
- Conduct regular inspections of marriage hall to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during events, providing prompt and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment as needed.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and uphold quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment, providing leadership and support to the operations team and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and supervise a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and event management software preferred.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
