Service Manager – HVAC

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager – HVAC to manage service, maintenance, and post-installation support for HVAC systems in builder and real estate projects. The role involves handling VRV/VRF, Chiller plants, AHUs, Ductable units, Ducting systems, and Non-VRF HVAC installations, ensuring smooth operation, customer satisfaction, and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC service operations for builder
• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of:
• VRV / VRF systems
• Chillers (Air-cooled & Water-cooled)
• AHUs & FCUs
• Ductable Units & Ducting works
• Non-VRF HVAC systems
• Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance.
• Lead and supervise service engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with builders, consultants, and site teams for service activities.
• Attend client complaints, analyze root causes, and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure HVAC systems operate as per design, performance, and safety standards.
• Manage AMC contracts, warranty services, and handover activities.
• Monitor service schedules, spare parts, tools, and inventory.
• Prepare service reports, MIS, and client documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory norms.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of VRV/VRF, Chillers, AHUs, Ductable & Ducting systems.
• Experience in handling builder / real estate HVAC service projects.
• Good communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Leadership skills to manage service teams and vendors.
• Ability to diagnose HVAC system faults and implement solutions.
• Knowledge of AMC management, commissioning support, and handover.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• OEM training or HVAC certifications preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,656.38 - ₹46,663.47 per month
