- Attend service calls and resolve complaints raised by doctors/clients promptly.
- Perform installation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of dental equipment.
- Handle an assigned territory and regularly visit clinics and doctors.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through field visits.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and converting them into leads/enquiries.
- Promote company products and solutions to increase sales.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features/benefits to doctors.
- Ensure excellent after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
- Submit daily activity reports and updates to the manager.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales and service targets
Requirements:
- Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (preferred) or relevant technical background.
- Fresh graduates welcome – training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of dental/medical equipment service and sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently
