Job Purpose:


To ensure efficient and timely aftersales support through strategic service planning, capacity management, and continuous process improvement. The role supports operational excellence and customer satisfaction by aligning service activities with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Service Planning
  • Develop and implement service plans to optimize workshop operations and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure service activities align with overall business objectives.


  • Capacity Planning
  • Analyze current and projected service capacity requirements.
  • Develop strategies to optimize resource utilization and ensure sufficient capacity to meet service demand.


  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze service performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on service KPIs, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.


  • Process Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process enhancements to improve service quality and turnaround time.
  • Develop, document, and update service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Support operation excellence by conducting audits against established aftersales standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor action plans to address audit findings.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or any related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in service planning
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Strong communication and Computer skills.
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Automotive Experience is a plus.
