About the Role

Riden Plumbing is hiring an experienced Service Plumber to perform plumbing service, repair, maintenance, and installation work in both commercial and residential environments.

This role is ideal for a dependable plumber who can diagnose issues, complete repairs efficiently, and maintain high-quality workmanship while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate takes pride in professionalism, communication, and getting the job done right the first time.

What You’ll Do

Plumbing Service & Repairs

• Diagnose and repair commercial and residential plumbing systems and fixtures
• Perform plumbing service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation work
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship
• Read and interpret work orders and plumbing layouts
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code
• Communicate job progress, material needs, and jobsite conditions clearly

Material & Job Preparation

• Help identify materials needed for upcoming jobs
• Maintain an organized and stocked service vehicle
• Reduce unnecessary supply runs and job delays
• Ensure tools and materials are ready before arriving on-site

Documentation & Communication

• Complete service paperwork and job documentation accurately
• Track labor hours, materials used, and job progress
• Submit required reports and paperwork daily
• Use company software and mobile tools to communicate updates

Vehicle & Equipment Care

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service vehicle
• Keep tools and equipment in working condition
• Report vehicle or equipment issues promptly

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial and/or residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Experience with plumbing service, repair, and installations
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift equipment and work in active jobsite environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Plumbing License preferred
• Experience with commercial service calls and residential plumbing systems
• Familiarity with field service software and digital documentation systems
