Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in a variety of settings, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues such as leaks, blockages, or faulty components
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure plumbing work aligns with project specifications and safety standards
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for pipe installation and remodeling projects
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with a strong understanding of plumbing systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical principles related to plumbing applications
• Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety protocols
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
• Valid driver’s license
• Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various environments
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues
• Familiarity with schematics and technical instructions for system installation or repair
