Service Plumber

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, fixtures, and sewer lines

• Install, maintain, and replace plumbing components in compliance with local codes and safety standards

• Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers in a professional manner

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term trust

• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

• Accurately document work performed, including service reports and job details

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to safely operate a company vehicle.

• 2+ years of professional plumbing experience preferred (residential, commercial, or service-based).

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess and resolve plumbing issues.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical details to customers.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks as part of daily responsibilities.

• Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and safety procedures, including drain cleaning machines, water heaters, and pipe systems.
