• Run residential plumbing service and repair appointments
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solution options
• Educate homeowners and build trust through honest recommendations
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service
• Support Home Care Club members with year-round service needs
• Participate in ongoing technical, communication, and leadership training

What You Bring

2+ years of residential service plumbing experience, Journeyman or Master preferred (not required), strong customer communication skills, and a passion for helping homeowners make confident decisions.
