What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional plumbing service, repairs, and installations with professionalism and skill

• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide clear solutions while educating customers on preventative maintenance

• Accurately document work in Service Titan, including photos and job details

• Build trust and long-term relationships by prioritizing customer satisfaction

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services that benefit the customer

• Ensure safety, compliance, and professionalism on every job site

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Customer-first mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Willingness to learn new plumbing techniques, products, and technologies

• Sales-oriented approach with the ability to recommend valuable solutions to customers
