Licensed Plumber

Duties:

Must be able todo high end new construction plumbing, remodeling, and service.
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.

- Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

- installation of oil and gas boilers.

- installation of gas lines.

-installation of pvc sch40 dwv.

-installation of pex, copper water lines.

-Must be able to solder.

- Able to complete jobs.
- Collaborate with construction teams to plan and complete plumbing projects
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues.
- Assist with remodeling projects by installing new plumbing systems or modifying existing one by code.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand the layout and design of plumbing systems
- Utilize pipe threading tools to cut and thread pipes as needed
- Perform heavy lifting when moving materials and equipment
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters or handymen, to complete projects

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a plumber.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately
- Proficient in using pipe threading tools and other plumbing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair plumbing issues
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work in various conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
