Job Responsibilities
1. Service quality engineer are mainly responsible for evaluating the service level of automobile showroom-reception, sales, after-sales and other links by simulating the identity of real customers. The specific responsibilities include:
①Reception and consultation assessment
Through telephone consultation and on-site reception, observe the response speed, professionalism and information synchronization of sales staff.
②Sales Process Observation Assessment
Naturally express the demand for car purchase in communication, and record the implementation of the sales staff on the introduction of car models, test drive arrangements and other links.
③Store environment and service quality
Through on-the-spot observation of details such as the cleanliness of the exhibition hall and the state of vehicle placement, record whether the design of the customer's moving line is reasonable.
④Data collation and reporting
Complete the evaluation report, summarize the details of reception, sales, after-sales and other links, and form an objective analysis for store improvement reference.
2. Also need to do some Product quality improvement and promotion, mainly responsible for product quality monitoring, problem analysis and improvement in the market
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree (recognized by the Ministry of Education or equivalent international accreditation).
Fluent English as the primary working language; proficiency in Arabic (spoken/written) is highly advantageous for local market engagement, and Chinese language skills are a valuable plus.
Valid driving license (Category B or above) is mandatory, with proven driving experience in the and preferably other GCC regions (e.g., Saudi Arabia, Oman) to navigate regional road conditions.
Prior professional experience in the automotive industry, with a solid understanding of new energy vehicles and familiarity with the GCC automotive market dynamics, consumer preferences, and regulatory frameworks.
Willingness to travel extensively across the GCC region (e.g., Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar) and Africa as per business requirements, including adapting to regional travel logistics and cultural contexts.
