What You'll Do

Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments

Manage incoming leads via email, phone, and online chat

Make proactive outbound calls to current and prospective customers

Track customer communications using our CRM system

Stay current on service offerings, pricing, and monthly specials

Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting

Respond professionally to email and phone inquiries daily

Guide customers to product information and service resources
What You'll Need

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfort handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls

Tech-savvy with CRM experience or ability to learn quickly

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Team player mindset

Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

Spanish bilingual skills a plus
This position requires extended periods at a workstation and the ability to move throughout the facility to access files, equipment, and communicate with customers and team members.
