What You'll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments
• Manage incoming leads via email, phone, and online chat
• Make proactive outbound calls to current and prospective customers
• Track customer communications using our CRM system
• Stay current on service offerings, pricing, and monthly specials
• Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting
• Respond professionally to email and phone inquiries daily
• Guide customers to product information and service resources
  
  
  

What You'll Need

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls
• Tech-savvy with CRM experience or ability to learn quickly
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Team player mindset
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Spanish bilingual skills a plus
  
  
  

This position requires extended periods at a workstation and the ability to move throughout the facility to access files, equipment, and communicate with customers and team members.
