- Identify the key markets and customers and evaluates the potential for Service sales

Propose tactics to generate and develop Service sales
- Develop strong relationship with clients

Customer feedback in periodic intervals as per the schedule

Get new multi-brand contracts, recapture previous contracts and secure existing ones

Review and document soon-to -be expired contracts for renewal process

Prepare quotations according to customer’s enquiries for maintenance, parts, and repairs

Keep track and obtain approvals on all the proposals made for AMC, parts, and repairs

Update View regularly

Work with a team of service engineers and technicians to manage service sales fulfilment

Manage assigned sales portfolio and successfully meets or exceed the target budget

Monitor financial status of the assigned portfolio. (e.g. Outstanding payment and actual GM% )

Multi-brand and repair approval to meet provided budget

Periodic follow-up and its correspondence to be regularly updated in view

Addressing NPS in 24 hrs time
3. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or Business School (Marketing, Sales)

3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales/ Service sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective client business relationships

Proven track records with excellent communication and presentation skills

Excellent market analytical, organizational and negotiation skills
- Candidate to be proactive, result oriented and able to work under pressure
