Service sales executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Service Sales Executive responsible for driving sales of IT hardware services including AMC contracts, warranty extensions, repair services, and technical support solutions. The candidate will work closely with customers to understand service requirements and generate recurring service revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell IT hardware service offerings such as AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), warranty extensions, and support services.
  • Identify new business opportunities for service sales across existing and new clients.
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, and client visits.
  • Maintain relationships with corporate clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare service proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate with technical/service teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Follow up for renewals of AMC and service contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of IT hardware products (Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Networking Devices, Storage).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Basic understanding of service lifecycle and support processes.
  • Target-oriented and self-driven attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
