Service Scheduler-Automotive Service Department

Folsom Lake Honda is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Scheduler to join our growing Service Department team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive customer service, dealership BDC, appointment scheduling, or service advisor support.

The Automotive Service Scheduler is responsible for managing inbound and outbound service appointments, coordinating repair scheduling, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from check-in to check-out.

Position Overview

The Service Scheduler serves as the first and last point of contact for many service customers. This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and professionalism in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule automotive service appointments via phone, email, and online scheduling systems
• Confirm customer appointments and provide service reminders
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding repair timelines and availability
• Greet customers and assist with service check-in and check-out
• Maintain accurate customer records in dealership CRM and DMS systems
• Support service advisors and service department workflow
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership, service BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage high call volume
• Comfortable using multiple computer programs and scheduling software
• Professional phone skills and customer communication
• Team-oriented mindset

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
