Service Spare Parts Operation Senior Manager

Job Description :

  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvements.
  • Maintain standards of performance of operation teams through effective coaching and performance management and make recommendations for changing sales roles, covering models, or team configurations to maximize sales productivity.
  • Identify and track key KPIs for parts, and devises plans and initiatives for improvement.
  • Ensure that all discounts given under the GB policies.
  • Ensure that the Parts Operation staff support GB Auto Workshops to increase the customer retention to achieve Service Goals and realize incremental profits
  • Maximize customer satisfaction to become 90 % to maximize customer loyalty by Enhancement of Brand Awareness& ensuring standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety met.

Job Requirements :

  • Educational Requirements - Degree in Engineering.
  • Required Industry Experience - Essential to have at least 7 years’ experience or 4 years in a similar sales position in the automotive industry.
  • Technological Requirements: MS office
  • Very Good in English Language
