Service Supervisor

Role Purpose

To Manage Workshop Operations as team Lead in technical aspect.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

• Manage Auto master / SAP from customer repair quotation to invoice while equipment delivery.
• Based on the technician skill set, to be allotted work to complete the job with in promised time.
• air compressor & decision making to repair or replace parts based on failure.
• Work planning, Update works status & Parts arrangement. Responsible for warranty decision as per supplier guidelines.
• air compressor testing post repair with quality checks
• Provide requirement / specs for the workshop consumable & tools with checking capability
  
  

Education & Certifications

Diploma/ Degree In Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering.

Required Years Of Experience

Minimum of 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in air compressor maintenance.
