Sales Supervisor

  • Develop the overall business plan for the Cash Van Unit with clear strategies to achieve the business objectives.
  • Monitor the daily activities of cash van salesmen, including daily sales targets, brand targets, and cash van loading.
  • Lead and manage the cash van sales team with clear objectives; train them in-market by working with the salesmen in the vans.
  • Daily monitor cash van invoices (credit and cash) through the HH system and collect payments for cash and credit invoices.
  • Visit all customers in collaboration with the cash van salesmen, identify growth opportunities in outlets, and implement them.
  • Conduct daily sales meetings with the salesmen to review daily performance against targets and monthly objectives.
  • Follow up on stock to prevent stockouts and ensure timely loading of stock in the vans.
  • Evaluate the performance of serviced stores and salesmen; implement necessary changes to optimize store and team performance.
  • Follow up on collections from credit customers to ensure compliance with company credit terms.
  • Prepare daily and monthly targets for the salesmen in terms of value and brand.
  • Train new salesmen.
  • Evaluate and recommend modifications to the HH system to the IT department for better operation and use.
  • Inform the DM about market activities and daily competitor pricing.
  • Submit monthly incentive calculations to the Divisional Manager based on the cash van sales team’s achievement of preset targets.
  • Set appropriate distribution, visibility, coverage, and productivity targets for the team and track them daily to achieve goals.
  • Update the van fact book regularly and ensure the sales team submits daily sales reports; verify the accuracy of daily reports.
  • Submit the Supervisors’ route activity report to the immediate manager daily.


  • Requirements: 2– 4 years of supervisory experience in the same field, preferably in the FMCG industry.
