As an operator of Sealy Inc. in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, we focus on bringing high-quality mattresses to the market backed by decades of innovation and expertise. Our modern manufacturing facility in Jeddah, established in 1999, underscores our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will play an instrumental role in executing sales strategies, managing relationships with key clients, and driving our sales initiatives to new heights. Ideal candidates will be skilled in developing sales tactics, leading teams, and responding effectively to market trends and customer needs. Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies and initiatives to enhance market share and achieve sales goals.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the sales team, providing guidance and support to drive performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collect and analyze market feedback to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Report sales performance metrics to senior management and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with customer needs and market demand.
  • Conduct training sessions to promote team knowledge of products and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the consumer goods or bedding industry.
  • Strong record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the MENA market landscape and consumer trends.
  • Male.
  • 35 to 45 years old.
  • Saudi or Lebanese national.
