We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused professional to join our Austin Network Office as a Service Support Associate & Receptionist. This is a unique, multi-faceted role where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting financial advisors, delivering meaningful client service, and creating a welcoming experience.

What You’ll Do

Support Financial Planning & Client Services

You’ll play a key role in supporting advisors and clients:

Client Onboarding & Case Management

  • Prepare and review insurance applications to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Submit applications and coordinate underwriting requirements
  • Schedule medical exams and track case progress
  • Monitor case status and follow up to keep processes moving forward

Ongoing Client Service

  • Assist with client requests such as beneficiary updates, account changes, and general servicing
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless client experience

Investment & Account Support

  • Help open and fund investment accounts
  • Assist with account transfers, distributions, and service requests
  • Support advisors with day-to-day operational needs

Create a First-Class Office Experience & Drive Office Operations

Help ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
  • Manage mail and maintain an organized office environment
  • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment (copiers, postage machines, etc.)
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Director of Operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent administrative or customer service experience (1 year preferred)
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Additional Details

  • This is a non-exempt (hourly) position
  • Weekly time tracking is required, with compensation based on hours worked

Pay: $21.15 - $22.50 per hour
