Job Title: Service Team Leader / Head Waiter

Starting Salary: SAR 2,800 - SAR 3,000 plus FREE shared room, transportation, and 1 duty meal

Place of Work: Riyadh

Deployment / Start Date: Immediately

Role Brief: The Service Team Leader sits between the Captain Waiter and the Restaurant Supervisor. This role is responsible for leading the floor team during service, ensuring every guest receives a polished and seamless dining experience. The Service Team Leader acts as the main link between the service staff and management — coaching the team on the floor, handling guest needs in the moment, and making sure service standards are met consistently.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Oversee the full service flow during each shift, from setup to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

2. Lead and support the service team on the floor — assigning sections, directing captains, and stepping in when needed.

3. Ensure all service standards, sequences, and fine dining protocols are followed consistently by all team members.

4. Handle guest concerns and special requests promptly, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times.

5. Conduct pre-shift briefings to align the team on reservations, special occasions, menu updates, and daily priorities.

6. Monitor table flow and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timing and quality of service are maintained.

7. Train and coach team members on the floor, identifying areas for improvement and providing on-the-spot feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment, with at least 1 year in a senior service or team lead role.

2. Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette, food and beverage service standards, and wine or beverage basics.

3. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.

Pay: ﷼2,800.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
