Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Al-Dammam. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining and servicing industrial equipment, particularly air compressors, dryers, and filtration systems. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, and ensuring equipment reliability and safety. The position requires strong technical skills, a commitment to safety standards, and the flexibility to travel to customer sites across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment including air compressors, dryers, and filtration systems.

• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Replace faulty components and adjust equipment settings to maintain proper functionality.

• Accurately complete service reports and maintenance logs in a timely manner.

• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and customer site safety standards.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding service status, technical issues, and recommendations.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.

• Travel to customer sites for service visits as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance and service of industrial equipment, particularly air compressors, dryers, and filtration systems.

• Strong experience in troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical faults.

• Previous field service experience is highly preferred, especially in RIGs operations.

• Educational Level: High School

Key Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and electrical drawings.

• Solid understanding of safety procedures and standards.

• Skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Strong communication skills and a positive teamwork attitude.

• Basic computer skills for report writing and documentation.
