The Service Order Fulfillment Technician will primarily process outbound service orders and program parts for shipment. Additional tasks could include cleaning electronics parts, doing basic testing on components, and pulling/shelving components.


  • Fill service orders
  • Maintain order/cleanliness in Service Hardware Group stock areas
  • Provide proper care and maintenance of company property, including but not limited to office, computer, and telephone equipment
  • Requires some physical ability such as moderate lifting, working on ladders and in lift platforms at heights, etc.
  • Other duties as required

  • Solid understanding of basics of networking (not simply computer operation) is required.
  • Basic understanding of electronics - including college coursework.
  • NETWORKING: Previous hands-on network installation/maintenance coursework or experience (network setup, network technician, cabling, PC setup, telecommunications, etc.)
  • Strong, demonstrable computer and networking skills required
  • Customer service experience ideal
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Good verbal communication skills and very strong attention to detail
  • A desire to solve problems and to develop and follow clear procedures
  • The ability to work with numbers which includes the ability to cycle count items in inventory
  • Physical ability such as moderate lifting and working on ladders
  • Able to stand, walk, talk, and hear. Stoop, kneel, & crouch
  • Frequently lift and or move 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and or move 50 pounds.

  • Network and PC knowledge required
  • Associate’s degree in electronics technology or Networking is preferred
