Service Technician

Location: Dubai Al Quoz

Utilize specialized software to diagnose faults within the Battery Management System

(BMS) and thermal components.

• Safely disassemble and repair/replace faulty battery modules or cells adhering to highvoltage

protocols.

• Service and test high-voltage wiring and cooling/heating circuits for battery pack

integrity.

• Perform software updates and recalibrations to the BMS post-repair to ensure optimal

performance.

• Execute installation, networking, and final commissioning of new Level 2 and DC Fast

Charging (DCFC) stations.

• Conduct proactive preventative maintenance (PM) and electrical testing on charging

infrastructure.

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults, component failures, and network issues on

deployed chargers.

• Respond as a Mobile EV Service Technician to scheduled and emergency service

calls across the territory.

• Operate and maintain mobile charging units for roadside assistance and temporary

charging deployments.

• Communicate technical diagnostics, repair progress, and recommendations clearly to

customers and site managers.

• Strictly adhere to all high-voltage safety protocols, including comprehensive PPE and

LOTO procedures.

• Ensure all service work complies with manufacturer specifications and local electrical

codes.

• Accurately document all work, parts used, repair times, and test results in the

CMMS/work order system.
