Service Technician

Service technician's duties and responsibilities include:

• Installation and testing: Installing new products and testing them to ensure they work correctly
• Customer education: Teaching clients how to use and maintain their devices
• Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance checks to assess the condition of a client's equipment
• Problem-solving: Diagnosing problems and coming up with solutions to repair them
• Customer support: Providing customer support and building relationships with customers
• Reporting: Filling out detailed reports and keeping records on services that have been performed
• Communication: Communicating with customers, fellow technicians, and office staff
• Time management: Managing time to complete multiple jobs in a day
• Organization: Managing and organizing tasks, keeping records in a systematic manner, and maintaining devices and their parts
• Physical dexterity: Carrying out manual repairs and tests, so a high level of manual dexterity is crucial
