What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and start up commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Work on a wide range of equipment including RTUs, split systems, VRF, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, and refrigeration systems.
• Perform advanced electrical and mechanical diagnostics.
• Install and commission new HVAC systems.
• Design and calculate duct systems, airflow, and heat gain/loss.
• Inspect systems for safety, performance, and code compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and support to junior technicians.
• Document service work and maintain accurate service records.
• Participate in emergency on-call rotation

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Commercial or industrial HVAC experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Universal EPA Certification.
• Strong leadership mindset and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using tablets, apps, and service software.
