Service Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.

Duties

• Assist with the preparation of job sites by cleaning and organizing materials and tools.
• Support skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including pluming, wall panel installation, and excavation.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
• Load and unload materials as needed, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Perform general maintenance tasks on pool equipment and tools as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.

Skills

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction techniques and tools is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with coworkers.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job site conditions.
