Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician based in Pittsburgh, PA. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing gas detection equipment, performing troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and managing field service activities. The role also involves providing excellent customer support for clients and ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair of technical equipment
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site problem-solving
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to assist clients professionally and effectively
• Understanding of preventive Maintenance processes to ensure long-term equipment performance
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Relevant technical certification or associate degree in electronics, mechanics, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
