Service Technician

Toyota of Oxnard is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about automotive repair, committed to delivering high-quality work, and eager to grow their career with a trusted dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Toyota vehicles and other makes/models
• Conduct routine services including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical issues
• Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle status and recommended repairs
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets dealership and manufacturer standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Stay up to date with the latest automotive technologies and training

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (dealership experience preferred)
• ASE certifications a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 - $57.95.
