Service Technician

The primary function of this role is to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of critical mechanical systems, which includes, but is not limited to:

• HVAC and Refrigeration Systems: Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
• Electrical Systems: Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical motor control systems.
• Plumbing Systems: Performing service and repair on various plumbing systems.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections and performing scheduled maintenance.
• Documentation: Accurately documenting all time spent, services performed, parts used.
• HVAC Refrigeration: Experience in servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Electrical Experience: Electrical wiring, schematics, and troubleshooting.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to safely lift a minimum of 75 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Valid Driver's License: A current valid Texas driver’s license is required.
• Communication: Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Job Type:

• Full-time with Overtime.
• Pay rate is determined with experience, knowledge and certifications. 90-day Performance Probation period applies.
• Typical regular work day is 7:45am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday
• Holiday Pay available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour

Experience:

• HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
• Electrical systems: 3 years (Required)
• Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
• Refrigeration: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Valid Texas Driving License (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Stephenville, TX 76401 (Required)
