Service Technician

Overview
Marathon Heating and Cooling is looking for an experienced service Tech certified EPA 608 universal.

. Our Ideal candidate would be proficient in diagnosing all types of equipment and excel in residential and light commercial environments.

Experience with low temp and portable units is a plus but not necessary as we work on T.E.P. field refrigeration equipment.

Candidate must be proficient in brazing , charging, compressor replacements , coil replacements, valve replacements and all types of motor replacements.

The very best candidate would be able to explain repair and replacement options with the customer take measurements and facilitate the replacement of a system with an installation crew.

Marathon works with multiple home warranty companies, experience with home warranty companies is a plus.

Average work week for marathon is 35-45 hours, in the summer overtime and weekend work is needed.

Employee will get a take home vehicle and large tools like , recovery machine torches etc. Employee must supply hand tools electric meter and gauges.

Pay: $24.00 - $38.00 per hour
