Service Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong and hands-on experience in plumbing and electrical repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, leaks and breaks.
• Perform maintenance on rental units
• Perform property maintenance tasks
• Some knowledge in HVAC systems.
• Ensure all repairs comply with safety standards
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work performed
• Assist with renovations projects as needed, including sheetrock repairs, installing appliances, outlets, carpet, etc.
