Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Water treatment Service Technician to join our team in Gilbert, AZ. This is a full-time role requiring frequent travel to about 9 US states & Mexico project sites, with on-site work in Gilbert when not traveling.

This position is responsible for performing industrial water treatment services, including system maintenance, flushing, cleaning, and troubleshooting. The role focuses on execution in the field and requires strong technical ability and experience working with water systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system flushing, cleaning, and chemical treatment applications
• Support startup and commissioning of new systems
• Maintain cooling towers, boilers, and closed-loop systems
• Collect and test water samples and record results
• Troubleshoot system performance and water chemistry issues
• Safely handle and apply treatment chemicals
• Complete field service reports and documentation
• Travel to job sites across the U.S. (frequent overnight travel required)

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of industrial water treatment experience
• Knowledge of cooling towers, boilers, or closed-loop systems
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to use tools
• Ability to work independently in field environments
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and passport (required)

• Experience working in data centers or mission-critical environments
• Knowledge of corrosion control for aluminum and mixed-metal systems
• Able to work independently
• Willing and able to travel frequently (required)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year
