Qualification: Diploma in Mechatronics

Experience: 5-7yrs

Location: Bengaluru

Salary: 5 LPA to 7.5 LPA

Job Description

• Plan and attend all service calls within a stipulated time frame, guaranteeing timely response to customer needs.
• Generate service invoices promptly and intimate Accounts for accurate billing and record-keeping.​
• Prepare detailed visit reports after service completion, ensuring customer acknowledgement for each visit.
• Maintain comprehensive records and prepare customer-wise machine history cards for effective tracking and analysis.
• Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and recommend upgrades for older machines to enhance reliability and customer value.
• Prepare periodic service reports for discussion with the manager - customer service, facilitating data-driven decisions and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during all service activities.
• Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and managers to support system performance and customer requirements.
