We are hiring an experienced
ServiceNow Consultant
with over 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to support business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, best practices, and integration capabilities to deliver scalable, efficient, and compliant systems.
Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.

Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Manage system configurations, upgrades, and maintenance while ensuring platform stability and performance.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and provide technical documentation.

Implement automation and process optimization within the ServiceNow environment.

Conduct regular platform health checks, performance tuning, and security reviews.

Support and mentor junior team members, ensuring adherence to development standards and best practices.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of experience
in ServiceNow administration and development.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and integration tools.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM.

Proficiency in creating custom applications and automating workflows in ServiceNow.

Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, performance optimization, and instance management.

Excellent
communication, analytical, and client interaction skills with a strong ability to resolve complex problems effectively.

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS – ITSM or ITOM) preferred.
