• Skills : Agile/Scrum methodologies, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and use cases
• Experience Required : 5 Years +
• Location: Indore/Pune/ Chennai
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Description:

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for ServiceNow solutions.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITSM, ITOM) for automation and efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and UAT sessions with business users.
• Ensure alignment of ServiceNow capabilities with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Support the design and configuration of workflows, catalog items, and reports within ServiceNow.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM modules.
