The ServiceNow Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements
  • Lead workshops and process-mapping sessions
  • Translate needs into user stories and functional specs
  • Support configuration and solution validation
  • Coordinate UAT and user acceptance
  • Ensure alignment with ITIL and ServiceNow best practices
  • Support change management and adoption


Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong ServiceNow functional knowledge
  • Solid ITIL process understanding
  • Experience working with IT and business stakeholders
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • ITIL or ServiceNow certifications preferred
