Typical tasks include:
- Discovery: Identifying and mapping all IT assets and their relationships
- Event Management: Monitoring system health and generating alerts
- Service Mapping: Visualizing dependencies between apps and infrastructure
- Orchestration: Automating routine infrastructure tasks
Roles Needed
- Development Role (Implementation / Customization / Enhancements)
- Build and configure ServiceNow modules
- Customize workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations
- Develop scripts (JavaScript/GlideScript) for automation
- Implement new modules or features as per business needs
- Support Role (Maintenance / Troubleshooting / Issue Resolution)
- Monitor and maintain existing ServiceNow applications
- Fix bugs, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure smooth operation
- Perform version upgrades and regression testing
- Handle user access management and data integrity
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions (mainly in ITSM and ITOM modules),
- Either as developers (building and customizing),
- Or as support engineers (maintaining and troubleshooting).

Pay: ₹528,025.13 - ₹1,806,119.07 per year
