Job Title

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HR, or CSM modules.
Facilitate workshops to gather business and technical requirements.
Translate requirements into configuration and implementation strategies.
Provide hands-on configuration support and coordination with development teams.
Act as a trusted advisor to developers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop user documentation and deliver end-user training.
Possesses strong development experience in other programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python, demonstrating versatility and adaptability across different technology stacks

Required Experience:

6+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
Proven ability to manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification required (ITSM, HR, or CSM).
